Janeen C. White

Janeen C. White, 79, of Shawnee, KS passed away on June 8th, 2022.  She was born on June 11th, 1942 in Iola, Kansas to Robert and Maxine Robinson.  A visitation will take place on Tuesday, June 14th from 10-11 AM at Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, KS 66203.  A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM.  Burial at Pleasant View Cemetery in Shawnee, KS.

Janeen graduated from Neosho Falls High School.  She worked at Shawnee Mission Ford as a bookkeeper until her retirement.  She and her beloved husband, Don, loved to travel.  She enjoyed fishing trips to Minnesota with her close friends, Pat and Dick Frey.  You could also find Janeen at or looking for the next best casino with her friends and neighbors, Jim and Carrie Jones.  

Janeen was preceded in death by her mother, Maxine and husband, Don.  She is survived by her three sons, Stacey (Kathleen) Bauer, Kevin (Dianne) Bauer and Kim (Kimmie) Bauer; sister, Judy (Harold) Hess; brothers, Gary (Darlene) Robinson and Dee (Carmen) Francis.  Janeen is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
