Alex Watson

Alex Watson born May 1969 and passed February 2024.  Alex was born in St. Louis to Chuck and Carol Watson.  He lived in many places, California, Illinois, Oklahoma among others; though he would always consider the Kansas City area his home.

Alex started tinkering with electronics as a boy and this eventually led to an appreciation of computers and a career in information technology.  This career took him to starting an IT consulting company that he ran till his death.

A reserved, kind, and sensitive soul, Alex was dedicated to his parents and family.  He became a passionate care giver to Chuck and Carol as they aged and their health declined, for which his brothers are grateful.

Alex was preceded in death by his sister Andrea and his parents.  Alex is survived by three brothers, three nephews and two nieces; Andy his wife Dina and their children Zachary and Rachel, Alan and his wife Karen and their son Woodrow and his wife Jennifer, and Adam and his children Spencer and Reagan.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. at the Spring Hill Suites in Lenexa. (17190 West 87th Street, Lenexa, KS  66219)

Inurnment June 22nd 10:00 a.m. at Resurrection Cemetery, 83rd and Quivira.
