Viola L. Allen, 91, of Mission passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at the University of Kansas Hospital.
Viola was born January 22, 1923 to the late Fred and Hattie Wetzel in Kiel, Wisconsin. On December 10, 1951, Viola married the love of her life, Glenn, in Kiel, Wisconsin. She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Lester, and sister, Norma Stott.
Viola is survived by her daughters, Susan Minich and husband Ernie; Janice Hesse; a granddaughter, Heather Pingleton; a grandson, Aaron Niles; two sisters, Eldora Korbar; Lucille Severt; two great granddaughter, Brianna and Lilian Pingleton.
