Valda J. Quant, Merriam, passed to her heavenly home August 1, 2011, where she joined her husband of 61 years, Lyle J. Quant, who passed away on November 19, 2006.
Valda enjoyed the people and places she knew during her lifetime and visited with her husband. As a widow of an Army Air Corps veteran, Valda's inurnment will be with her husband at Leavenworth National Cemetery.
Graveside Service
Graveside service will be 10 am, Thursday, August 4, 2011, at Leavenworth National Cemetery,where the service will be conducted by the Rev. Roland Boehnke, Pastor Emeritus of Trinity Lutheran Church.
