Timothy J. Crowley, affectionately known as Tim, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2025, in Olathe, Kansas, at the age of 84. Born on July 16, 1941, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Tim lived a life marked by dedication and service.
Tim honorably served his country in the Navy, where he developed a strong sense of duty and camaraderie that he carried with him throughout his life. Following his military service, he embarked on a successful career with UPS, where he worked diligently and rose to a position in Management. His commitment to his work was matched only by his dedication to his family, friends and faith.
A devout member of his church community, Tim found great solace and purpose in his faith. He was an active participant in church activities and often lent a helping hand wherever it was needed. Tim was also a proud member of Alcoholics Anonymous for 47 years, where he inspired many with his experience, strength and hope.
Tim was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary, his parents, Flavian and Florence Crowley, and his brother, James Crowley. He leaves behind a legacy of love through his children: Patty (David), Kelly (Craig), Shawn, Colleen, Katie, and TJ (LeAna)) and his sister Mary (Bob). His memory will be cherished by his 17 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Tim's life at Good Shepherd Catholic Church on September 27, 2025. The Rosary will begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by a visitation at 10:00 a.m., with Mass commencing at 11:00 a.m. A luncheon will follow the services, providing an opportunity for all to gather and share memories of Tim.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation in Tim's honor, supporting a cause close to his heart.
Tim Crowley will be remembered for his unwavering strength, his loving spirit, and the profound impact he had on all who knew him. His legacy of faith, family, and perseverance will continue to inspire those he leaves behind.
