Thomas "Tom" Green

Thomas Leroy Green Jr. was born August 7th, 1951 to Thomas L. Green Sr. & Betty "JoAnn" Chance in Kansas City, MO. He was a graduate of Desoto High School. Tom was married to Mary "Marty" Eckstein on June 6th, 1980. He was dependable & always willing to help a friend in need. Tom was the life of the party & always lit up the room with stories and laughter. He was a devoted father who enjoyed spending time with his kids, stuffing them full of french toast before a day spent at Worlds of Fun. Tom was always "dreaming and scheming," an entrepreneur who always had a new wild idea. He was a talented and successful stone mason, with his creative stone projects still admired around the Johnson County area.

Tom is survived by his devoted wife Marty; sister, Dixie (George) Dobbels; brother, Robert L. Green; daughter, Nicki (Steve) Reynolds, a son Nathan (Mandy) Green, a daughter, Heather Green, a step-son, Jason Lamar, a step-daughter, Angie Allen; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

The family invites you to join us for the celebration of Tom's life on August 7th, 2021 from 4pm-7pm at the Reynolds residence, located at 1301 E. 2000th RD. Eudora, KS. Food and refreshments will be provided.
