Tatyana G. Zabezhinskaya, 77, of Merriam, KS passed away Saturday, March 29, at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Tatyana was born June 5, 1936 to the late Georgiy and Galina Frenkel in Leningrad, Russia. In January of 1973 she married Vladimir Zabezhinskiy. While in Russia, Tatyana worked as a Civil Engineer while raising her two children Sergey and Yuliya. She moved to the United States in 1995.

Tatyana was preceded in death by her husband Vladimir in 1998.

She is survived by her daughter, Yuliya Nolte and husband Troy; a son, Sergey Zabezhinskiy and wife Natalya; two grandsons, Sasha and Misha Nolte.

Services

Tatyana will be laid to rest with her husband in a private committal service at Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
