Tamara Sue (Griffin) Uziel

Tamara Sue (Griffin) Uziel, age 30, passed away on January 28th, 2022 in Kansas City, Kansas. Tammy was born on July 15th, 1991 to Tracy Roberts and Norman Griffin in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. Close friends often thought of her as having a fierce light. She was a devoted, loving mother to her four sons, and a loving fiancé to Joseph. Tammy was very close to her mom, Tracy, even sharing a birthday together. She loved the Kansas City Chiefs, and passionately cheered them on every season. Tammy had a special green thumb, lovingly attending to her succulents, cacti, and many house plants. Tammy was a wonderful cook in the kitchen, and was talented at doing her makeup and hair. She always went above and beyond to look her best in any given situation. It’s hard for us to try and sum up the words of such an amazing woman who we lost far too soon.

Tammy is survived by her fiancé, Joseph Uziel; her four sons Dayton, Walker, Austin and Anthony; mother Tracy Roberts; father Norman Griffin and his wife; siblings Declan and McKenna, and countless friends who were like family to her.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 5th, 2022 from 1-2 pm, with a memorial service starting at 2 pm, both held at the Amos Family Funeral Home in Shawnee, Kansas.
