Ruth Morelock Johnson, 93, passed away Friday, July 22, 2011, at Sweet Life at Grand Court, Overland Park, Kansas.
Ruth was a first- grade teacher in Kalamazoo, MI, for many years. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Gordon O. Johnson and their son, Donald G. Johnson. Survivors include daughter-in-law, Karen Johnson, Overland Park, Kansas; three grandchildren: Donald G. (Shannon) Johnson II, Sterling, Virginia, Laura (Bob) Jones, Olathe, Kansas, and Sarah (George) Legg, Lenexa, Kansas; 9 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Graveside Service
Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Thursday, July 28, 2011, at Green Castle Cemetery, Green Castle, Missouri.
