Ruby Mae (Dunham) Burgdorfer, 94, of Shawnee, KS, passed away on Dec. 6, 2016. She was born on March 2, 1922, in Hamburg, Iowa, to Arthur Dunham and Cora Hester Brown Dunham. Ruby graduated from Garden City, Missouri High School in 1940. She married Ali Adam Burgdorfer in 1944. Together they ran a dairy farm and raised 3 children. She is preceded in death by her husband; son, A. Kenneth Burgdorfer; granddaughter, Kathren K. Holloway. Ruby is survived by her daughters; Mary Holloway (Earnie), Margaret Oliver (Cyrus); along with 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation on Sunday from 5-7 p.m. at Amos Family Funeral Home. Funeral service at 10 a.m. on Monday at Amos Family Funeral Home. Burial at Corinth Cemetery.
