Mary Ann Harris, 77, Kansas City, Kansas, passed away Monday, Aug. 11, 2014 at the Kansas City Hospice House, Kansas City, Missouri.
Mary was born July 28, 1937 in Cotton Valley, Louisiana, to Lewis and Ida Marquedent. Mary was married to John O. Harris in 1956, of this union they had four children; J.W., Glenn, Mark and Steven.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; the love of her life, John O. Harris; and two children; John William Harris and Mark Harris. Survivors include her two sons, Glenn Harris and Steven and his wife Vicki Harris, all of Kansas City, Kansas, and many other family and friends.
She was a loving mother kind friend and giving soul to all who knew her.
Private family services are planned at a later date.
