Marilyn Blattman

Marilyn Blattman, aged 93, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2026, in Shawnee, Kansas, due to acute respiratory failure. Born on March 12, 1932, in Falls City, Nebraska, Marilyn lived a life marked by dedication and love.

Throughout her career, Marilyn was employed at Ford Motor Company, where she worked diligently until her retirement. Her commitment to her work was unmatched. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and loved gardening, traveling and sports.

Marilyn's green thumb was evident in the beautiful rose gardens she cultivated, bringing joy and tranquility to all who visited. Her love of sports was a source of many happy memories, whether cheering from the sidelines or enjoying a game with family and friends.

She is survived by her loving daughters: Susan Reeves and her husband Wyatt, Diane Morton and her husband Steven, and Sandra Binkerd. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Ryan Morton and his wife Patty, Michael Reeves, Jenifer Moffett and her husband Zach, Lauren Ortega and her husband Phillipe, and Matthew Daniels. Marilyn also cherished her great-grandchildren: Jacob, Sammy, Cayden, Benjamin, Emily, Elena, Skye, and Chloe.
