Marietta E. Willson (1929 - 2008) passed October 30th at Kansas City Hospice House.
A lifelong resident of Shawnee, Kansas, and owner and operator of Marietta's Old Fashioned Florist, she was preceded in death by her beloved Don, and her grandson, Chance Bennett. Marietta is survived by her sister Margaret Maurer of Stockton, Missouri, her children, Linda Stainbrook, Tom Vandeputte, Rick Vandeputte, Donna Bennett and Donald L. Willson, 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Contributions to the Kansas City Hospice House are welcomed, 12000 Wornall Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64145.
Visitation and Funeral Service
Visitation will be held Monday, November 3, 2008 from 6-8 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held at Amos Family Funeral Home, Shawnee, Kansas on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at 10:00 am
