Marguerite "Margie" Lyon, 88, of Fairway, KS passed away Thursday, November 3, 2016. She was born in Erie, KS and was a long time resident of Johnson County.
Margie was an educational aide for the Shawnee Mission School District, retiring in 1994. She also served as an elder in the Southminster Presbyterian Church.
Margie is preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Charles W. Lyon. She is survived by her two sons, Bart and Chark (Ginny) as well as two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Monday, November 7, 2016 at Johnson County Memorial Gardens at 1 pm.
The family suggests contributions in Margie's name to Southminster Presbyterian Church.
