Marcia L. Werp

Marcia L. Werp, 60, of Shawnee, Kansas, passed away September 23, 2010.

Marcia was born August 21, 1950, in Pratt, Kansas. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Early Childhood Development and was employed at the Children's Place in Kansas City, Missouri.

Marcia is survived by her husband David L. Werp; her son Collin Davis (Jennifer); grandchildren, Noah, Kathryn, and Brianna; daughter, Allison Fleming (Patrick); and siblings, Christi Norman, Sharon Summer, Robert Millen, Richard Millen, and Lynn Millen.

Visitation and Mass

A visitation will be held Sunday, September 26, 2010, from 6 to 8 pm at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee with the Rosary recited at 7 PM. A Mass will be held at 10 AM, Monday, September 27, 2010, at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Overland Park, Kansas, followed by inurnment in Resurrection Cemetery, Lenexa, Kansas.
