Madeline Nicole Zellmer

Madeline Nicole Zellmer, 13, Mission Hills, Kansas passed away Monday, January 18, 2010 at her home.

Madeline was born December 9, 1996 in Kansas City, Missouri to Todd and Kimberly (Shell) Zellmer. She attended Oak Park Carpenter Elementary School.

Madeline is survived by her parents; sister, Megan Zellmer; grandparents, William and Patricia Shell, Sikeston, Missouri, and Ruth Zellmer, Columbus, Ohio; aunts and uncles, Mark and Martha Zellmer, Lenexa, Kansas, Eric Zellmer, Columbus, Ohio, Mike Shell, Boulder, Colorado and Pam Klosterman, Sikeston, Missouri; several cousins and many other family and friends.

Madeline's family would like to thank Dr. Colliton, Dr. Graf, Amelia Mann and all of Madeline's paras, nurses and therapists.

Visitation and Memorial Service

Memorial services will be 11:00 am Saturday, January 23, 2010 at the Church of the Resurrection, 13720 Roe Avenue, Leawood, Kansas 66224. Friends may call from 10-11:00 am Saturday at the church.
