Lucille M. Wayda

Lucille M. Wayda, 84, Mission, Kansas, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2009 at Sharon Lane Health Center.

Lucille was preceded in death by her husband Edward, and three brothers Tony, Roy, and Erling Lerud. She is survived by a son Ed (Stephanie) Wayda, Mission, Kansas; four sisters Margaret Garr, Grand Forks, North Dakota, Ruth Lerud, Phyllis Lerud, Denver, Colorado, Joanne (Merl) Needham, Littleton, Colorado; one sister-in- law, Ruth Lerud, Twin Valley, Minnesota; and two grandchildren Edward Mark Wayda Jr. and Elizabeth Anne Wayda.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Heart of America Chapter, 3846 West 75th Street, Prairie Village, Kansas 66208.

Visitation and Prayer Service

Visitation will be 5-6:30 p.m., Friday, November 6, 2009 at The Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Prayer Service will begin at 6:30p.m. at the chapel. She will be laid to rest at St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery.
