Loris E. Jeffrey, 63, of Lenexa, Kansas, passed away August 4, 2012.
Loris was born June 10, 1949, in Westmoreland, Jamaica, to Sefton and Ideline Miles. Loris worked as a nurse for many years at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years Milton Jeffrey, Sr.; son Milton Jeffrey, Jr. (Haley); daughters, Keshia and Schaneil Jeffrey; grandchildren: Jazmon, Ja'Kevion, Rees, Ja'Kye, Syrenity, Braxton, and Laylah; sisters, Norma and Marilynn; and brother George.
Loris was a very loving and caring person who enjoyed her garden and family. She will be deeply missed.
A visitation will be 2:00-3:00 p.m., Friday, August 10, 2012, at the Amos Family Funeral Home & Crematory. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. A private family burial service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery.
