Kenneth E. Peachey, 93, of the Lake of Ozarks, passed away June 27, 2014. He was born in Kenny Heights, Kansas to Frank and Edna Jane Peachey on Aug. 14, 1920. Kenneth had two brothers, Buzz Peachey and Bill Peachey and four sisters; Evelyn Suggs, Jane Parker, Eleanor Peachey, and Mary Peachey. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 49 years Mary Lou, and his son Kenneth Jr. Kenneth served in World War II. He also belonged to several organizations; Shriner's, Scottish Rite, 33rd degree Mason, VFW, American Legion. He is survived by two daughters, Edwina Phillips and Dorothy Drury, both of Shawnee, KS as well as nine grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation & Memorial Service

Services will be on July 12, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Amos Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Shawnee, KS. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm in Maple Hill Cemetery, Kansas City, KS.
