Karen S. Moore

Karen S. Moore, 60, of Shawnee, Kansas, left us unexpectedly on July 5, 2011. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother "Mimi" and loving sister. All who knew her will miss her deeply.

Karen was preceded in death by her mother Lou Ellen Anderson and two brothers, Ronald and Donald Anderson.

She is survived by her husband Randy Moore; son Jason and his wife Angela Moore and their son Jayden; daughter Kelly and her husband David Carlson and their children, Brody and Ella all of Shawnee, Kansas.; and three sisters, Carol Manns, Marilyn Bigler, and Roselyn Roach and their families.

Contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Project Linus, or a quilt may be donated at the visitation or service in her memory.

Visitation and Funeral Service

A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, July 8, 2011, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 9, 2011, also at the funeral home.
