Joan M. Westbrock, 75, of Overland Park, KS, passed away, Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at her home. Joan was born in Wichita and grew up in Herington, KS. She graduated from KU and worked as a chemist for Marion Laboratories, Haver-Lockhart and Pfizer before retiring.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Amor, Overland Park, KS and Michelle (Randall) Hamilton, Arnold, MO and three grandchildren, Peggy Amor, Victoria Amor, and Ian Amor.
Celebration Gathering
The family and friends will gather from 5 - 7 p.m., Friday, November 4, at Joan's home to celebrate her life. The family suggests contributions to Heartland SPCA, 9800 W. 67th St., Merriam, KS 66203.
