Jason Mcwilliams

Jason McWilliams, 20, Overland Park, KS, died November 17, 1996 as a passenger in an auto accident in Bloomington, IL. The funeral is scheduled for 1 pm Friday, November 22, 1996, at the Amos Family Chapel; burial will be Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for 7-8pm Thursday, November 21 at the chapel. Friends and family are welcome. Donations may be made to the Johnson County Branch of the American Cancer Society, or the Gillis Foundation.

Jason graduated from Blue Valley North High School in 1994. He attended The Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design on a merit scholarship in 1995, and had been attending the Kansas City Art Institute as a scholarship student until the accident. Jason's love for art and music was surpassed only by his love for his family and friends. Jason also enjoyed his volunteer efforts for the ACS Summer Gala. His loving smile, helpful nature and quick wit will be missed by all. Jason was always quick to give of himself. Had he been given an opportunity for a last wish, we're sure it would be to encourage others to do the same. Surviving Jason are his parents, Paul and Sherri; his sister, Jamie; and grandmothers Ruth Hill and Marilyn McWilliams.
