James A. "Andy" Smith. 54, passed away July 5, 2013, at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Andy was born April 5, 1959, in Olathe, Kansas, to Gerald L. and Patty Smith.
He is survived by his fiancé, Carole Branson and her three daughters, Bethanie Branson, Kimberly and Natalie Hayes; son Jacob Smith; sister Carol Mauslein (Allen); brother, Brad Smith (Christie Ott); grandchildren, Elijah and Zakary Savala and Morgan Henry; niece, Missy Villegas; and nephews, Justin Mauslein, Kyle Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial service will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, July 11, 2013, at Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory.
Memorial contributions in Andy's name may be made to Kansas City Area Central Office of AA, 200 East 18th Avenue, North Kansas City, Missouri 64116.
