Jack W. Pruitt, Jr, 76, Kansas City, Missouri, passed away Friday, December 11, 2009.
Jack is survived by his wife Marcia of the home; two daughters, Carrie (Mike) Nichols, Kansas City, Missouri and Cheryl (Chris) Michael Kearney, Missouri; step daughter Jill (Phil) Anderson , Kansas City, Missouri; and four grandchildren, Tyler, Miranda, Taylor, PJ.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Heart, c/o New Mark Care Center, 11221 N. Nashua, Kansas City, Missouri 64185.
Visitation and Graveside Service
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at The Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Graveside Services will be 11:00 am, Thursday, December 17, 2009, at Floral Hills Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri.
