Ida B. Sandall

Ida B. Sandall, 92, Shawnee, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2011, at Overland Park Place, Overland Park, Kansas.

Ida was born February 17, 1919, in Lawson, Missouri, to Williamson F. and Sallie Albertson. She was employed as a purchasing agent with Harcross Chemical Company until her retirement. She was an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society.

Ida was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Sandall in 1979. Survivors include her two daughters, Mary Campbell and husband, John, Camdenton, Missouri and Sally Hoke and husband, Darryl, Independence, Missouri; son, Ted Sandall and wife, Kathy, San Diego, California; seven grandchildren, John, Chris, Sheri and Todd Reed, Lauren Wilkinson, Andi Skinner and Tim Hoke; and five great grandchildren, Ashley, Nicole, Austin, Regan, and Rubi.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Visitation and Funeral Service

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Sunday, June 5, 2011, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am, Monday, June 6, 2011, at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church; burial in the Resurrection Cemetery, Lenexa, Kansas.
