Gary Leon Hartman

Gary Leon Hartman, 51, of Shawnee, Kansas, died January 21, 2010 in Overland Park, Kansas.

Gary was born June 16, 1958 in Kansas City, Kansas, son of Clarence "Red" Hartman and Mary Hartman. Gary was a Master Plumber and operated Hartman Plumbing over 25 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Shawnee.

Gary was preceded in death by a son, Greg Hartman and his father, Clarence "Red" Hartman. Surviving are his wife, Sallie Hartman; daughter, Sandy Lange; sons, Tony Hartman, Darrell Hartman, and Adam Hartman; his mother, Mary Hartman; brothers, Robert Hartman and Thomas Hartman; sisters, Diane Smith, Lisa Unterreiner, Lynette Bohn, and Shari Schubert; grandchildren, Joshua, Alexander, and Gavin Lange, Lyssa, Kelsey, and Avery Watland and Kayden Morrison.

Visitation and Funeral Service

Visitation will be 2 - 4 p.m., Sunday, January 24, 2010, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee with a Rosary at 2 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m., Monday, January 25, 2010 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Shawnee, Kansas.
