Galen Eugene Williams, 68, went to be with the Lord Jesus on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. He was born in Kansas City, Kansas and attended Turner High School and Charis Bible College. Galen was the senior pastor and worship leader of the Freedom Center Church which he opened on January 1, 2012. He loved serving and worshipping his Heavenly Father. He leaves behind his wife Mary of 30 years; daughter Jessica Rae (Eddie) Dudley; stepdaughter Tammy (Bobbie) Russell; stepson Timothy (Leah); brother Dennis (Marilyn) Williams; grandkids Ben, Brady, Cameron, Casey, Carley; great grandson Bentley; many nieces and nephews; in laws and many, many friends. He will be greatly missed.
Service will be held Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Emmanuel Family Church 7101 Quivira Rd., Shawnee, Kansas 66216.
