Frances Fletcher, 94, of Prairie Village, Kansas, passed away December 2, 2012, at her home, under the care of Kansas City Hospice.
Frances was born February 25, 1918, in Kansas City, Missouri, daughter of Purcell and Mabel M. Messenger.
Surviving are her husband of 50+ years, Milton; nephews Richard (Linda) Messenger and Lee (Cheryl) Messenger; and nieces Sandra (Frank) Fasl and Suzanne (Mark) Richardson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister and brother, Gladys Wilkes and Charles Messenger.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am, Friday, December 7, 2012, at Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory. A visitation will precede the service beginning at 10 am.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Kansas City Hospice, 10100 W. 87th Street, Suite 100, Overland Park, Kansas 66212.
