Eloise Bales, 95, peacefully took her last breath on November 2, 2011, at Shawnee Gardens Healthcare and Rehab.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Bales, and son Barry Bales. Surviving her are daughters Susan Kilgore and Diana Bales; grandchildren Diana Arnold, Randall Kilgore, Mike Bales, Michelle Diaz; and great-grandchildren Samantha Arnold and Asher Bales.
Visitation will be 5:00-6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 6, 2011, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. The memorial service will follow at 6:00 p.m.
The family suggests memorial contributions to to charity of your choice.
