Edward Allan Hallahan, 89, Raymore, MO passed away August 29, 2015. He retired as a civil engineer and served in the U.S. Army from 1945 until 1951. He is survived by his wife, Jean; daughter, Vickie Raynard, Freeman, MO; son, Michael (Teri) Hallahan, Olathe, KS., 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
