E. Elaine Powell

Esther Elaine Powell, 82, of Lenexa, Kansas, passed away February 17, 2012.

Elaine is survived by her daughter Jody Greer; son Rick Powell; daughter Marcy Graham and husband Paul; daughter Cherie Nichols and husband Steve; grandchildren, Kim and Nathan Greer, Michael, Stephanie, and Stacy Powell, Jeramie, Jason, and Chasady Graham, Natasha O'Brien, Whitney Stuteville, and Justin Smith. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, Mason, Blaine, Rennie, Brandon, Chevy, Jayden, and Lane, by a sister Sue Nunamaker, and by a brother Jim Young and his wife Shirley.

A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, February 24, 2012, at the Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 25, 2012, at the funeral home with burial following in Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens.
