David Paul Luse

David Paul Luse, 61, Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, September 13, 2010, at the St. John's Health Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

David was born March 1, 1949 in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, to Elgie and Elva (Crecelius) Luse. He was a veteran of the United States Army. David graduated with a BA degree from the University of Texas. He was employed with Spirit Aerosystems in Tulsa, Oklahoma. David had been a member of the American Quarter Horse Association.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Elva Mae Luse on April 8, 2004. Survivors include his father, Elgie Luse, Shawnee, Kansas; two sisters, Karla Mauck, Overland Park, Kansas and Brenda M. David, Pawhuska, Oklahoma; one nephew, Larry Mauck, Shawnee, Kansas; five nieces, Sheri Bechtel, Kansas City, Missouri, Misty Collene, Shawnee, Kansas, Michelle David, Macomb, Michigan, Melissa Owen, Tulsa, Oklahoma and Nicole David, Raytown, Missouri; and 16 great nieces and nephews.

Visitation and Funeral Service

Funeral services will be 10:30 am, Thursday, September 23, 2010, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee; burial in the Leavenworth National Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:30-10:30 am Thursday at the Chapel.
