Caryl Jean Jones, 83, of Shawnee, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at her home.

Caryl was born August 16, 1932 to the late Gerald and Nida Stephens in Corning, Kansas. Caryl is preceded in death by her son, Brian M. Jones and husband, George R. Jones after 59 years of marriage in 2012.

She is survived by her son, Craig Jones; two granddaughters, China Mortell (George); Brandie M. Jones (Robert Taylor); 4 great grandsons, Quentin, Xavier, Zander, and Oliver. She is also survived by her daughter in law, Patty Jones.

Memorial Visitation

A visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, December 29 at the Amos Family Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest in a private family service in Centralia Cemetery next to her parents.
