Carolyn R. Colburn

Carol Colburn, 71, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away on October 21, 2018. She was born on October 12, 1947, in Kansas City, Missouri.

Carol is preceded in death by her daughter, Ruby Shannon Marie Colburn; parents, Daddy Jay Walker, Ruby Walker and Charles McKinney; brother, Roy Allen McKinney; and nephew, Kendall Whitney. She is survived by her husband, George Colburn; children, Katherine Colburn, Son-Se-Ray Colburn, Rory Colburn; grandchildren, Shelby Colburn, Jennifer Kincaid, Michael Koetting; great-grandchildren, Creed Colburn, Atticus Colburn; sisters, Charlene Lee, Janette Smith, Bonita Walker, Deborah Simpson, Mary Leavelle, Martha Huffman; nieces, Mandy Temple, Crystal Block; nephews, Jay Whitney, Shawn Block, John Huffman and Lawrence Leavelle.

A graveside service will be held at Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens on Friday at 11:20 a.m.
