Betty Gail "Boots" Crooks, 69, Merriam, KS passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015 at the St. Luke's Hospice House, Kansas City, MO.
Visitation will be 6-7 pm, followed by at service at 7:00 pm Wednesday, Sept. 2 at the Amos Family Funeral Home; burial will be in the Arni Memorial Cemetery, Lancaster, MO.
