Ann M. Sanders, 76, of Shawnee, Kansas, passed away on February 6, 2022. She was born on May 24, 1945, in Kansas City, Kansas, to Paul and Rose Sanders. She is preceded in death by her brother, Bernard Lynn Sanders. Ann is survived by her siblings, John Sanders, Rosemary Sanders, Paul Sanders, Cathy Longhofer; along with many nieces/nephews who will always remember the 711 trips and 4th of July celebrations; and her beloved dog, Journey.
Ann had a long teaching career in Belton, Missouri at Yoekum Middle School, retiring in 1998.
A visitation will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 9:30-10:30am on Monday, February 14th with a memorial mass to immediately follow.
