Alister Pierce Kosmicki, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2011, at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Alister was born September 26, 2011, to Alex and Roxann Kosmicki.
Alister is survived by his parents, Alex and Roxann; his paternal grandparents Don and Karen Kosmicki and maternal grandmother Velma Rice.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the KU Endowment Fund-NICU.
Memorial service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, October 8, 2011, at Community of Christ-Mission Road Congregation, 7842 Mission Road, Prairie Village, Kansas 66208.
