Ajit Singh, 69, of Lee's Summit, Missour,i passed away August 2, 2013, at his residence. Ajit was born April 5, 1944, in India to Gurbax Singh and Gurdeep Kaur.
He is survived by his son, Gurbhushan Singh; daughter Amanpreet Kaur; brothers, Jarnail Singh, and Gurmeet Singh; sister, Gurmit Kaur Dhanoyia; and five grandchildren. Ajit was preceded in death by his wife, Nichhattar Kaur, and a son, Gurpreet Singh.
Services will be 1:30 pm, Sunday, August 11, 2013, at the Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas 66203, and 3:00 pm, Sunday August 11, 2013, at Midwest Sikh Guruduwara, 6834 Pflumm Road Shawnee, Kansas 66216.
