I was so sorry to hear of Mary’s passing. I knew Mary from her work in the attendance office at SMNW as well as her work as the accompanist for the choral groups at school. I loved talking with her and respected her skills in both capacities in which she served the school. My thoughts are with her family during a very difficult time.

I (John) first got to know Mary at Shawnee Mission Northwest High School when I was working there. She always had a congenial attitude. Then we had the pleasure of listening to her excellent organ music at Leawood Baptist Church. Once again she will be greatly missed. My dad (Davis) always spoke highly of her.
