We are so sorry to hear this heartbreaking news. There are no good words that come to express our sympathies and sorrow. Just know that even though our families have grown up in different areas, and we didn’t have a lot of together time as kids, we still have that blood connection that was instilled in our childhood and bonds us forever in our souls. We are hurting for your family and hope that God places his healing, comforting hands upon you and yours as you grieve. Sending our love!

Jay was an exceptional young man – son, husband, father, friend. John and I are deeply grieved to hear of his passing. I smile remembering his unique gift, serving with our 3 year olds at church – the toddler whisperer and bye-bye buggy extraordinaire. I loved watching him with Kristin and his two beautiful babies. A spitting image of his dad, Doug. Jay, you will be forever missed but never forgotten. Until we meet again, rest in peace friend.

Rest in peace our friend

Michele- I pray your family look to the Lord from which all your help comes from. The Father knows what you have been through and He will provide you with the right people that will surround you, encourage you, comfort you, and lift your guys up. Grieve your loss but good news is you don’t have to grieve like those who have no hope. You can stand in confidence that you will be united with Jay again. Besides my prayers, please let us know if there is ANYTHING we can do for you guys as you enter this new life without your beloved son. Peace and Love

Doug and Michelle we are so sorry for your loss. No parent should have to experience this. I remember Jay when all the kids would play in the neighborhood together. He was a sweet kid. May the good Lord give you peace in the days ahead. He will always be in your hearts until you meet again.

  25. Nayeli Ibarra Says:

My deepest condolences to Jay’s family. He was always seen at work as a good worker, keeping to himself but also friendly. He was fair but firm when he had a position of authority over others. He definitely knew we were a melting pot of people and did not treat anybody any different. Always calling us “amiga” and “amigo” which means friend. He will be truly missed. A good memory I have about him is a conversation we had about our kids. He made it known they ment everything to him. I pray his family can find comfort in knowing God is always good and He doesn’t make mistakes.
