Pet Cremation Options
Laws prohibit the cremation of more than one human at a time. However, no laws regulate the cremation of pets. At the Amos Family Pet Companion Crematory we offer three types of cremation options to our pet parents.
Private Cremation
Individual cremations are done one at a time and the cremated remains are returned in a container selected by the family. If desired, you may witness this form of cremation.
Partitioned Cremation
With a partitioned cremation, your pet is cremated with other pets but will be in separate containers or a separate section of the crematory. You are assured that you will receive your pets cremated remains. Weight restrictions apply.
Communal Cremation
With communal cremation, your pet is cremated along with other pets and the cremated remains are scattered on a farm in southeast Kansas.
