Jeff Kilgore

Jeff was born in Independence, Missouri, and raised in Springfield, Missouri. Following graduation from Hillcrest High School in 1984, Jeff began working with Cox Medical Center in the surgery department.  Jeff received his Mortuary Science degree in 1994 and is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in both Kansas and Missouri.

 

Jeff has lived in Shawnee since 1992 and has been with the Amos Family Funeral Home since January of 1996.

 

Jeff is a charter member and secretary of the Western Johnson County Rotary Club and a board member of the Metropolitan Federal Credit Union in Kansas City, Missouri.

 

Jeff devotes most of his time to his family and their activities. Jeff married Kelly Pawlak and has three children, Kyle and his wife, Joni, Noah and Avery and three grandchildren, Isabella, Jeffrey and Olivia Kilgore.

 

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time at the lake, playing guitar and ukulele, bicycling, movies and traveling.
