  1. Keith Arnold Says:

Sincere sympathy to the family of Mrs. Hughes. I am a respiratory therapist at SMMC and participated in her recent care. She and I visited together several times when I gave her breathing treatments. We discussed our shared Baptist faith and our knowledge that better things await us. She was confident in her faith and it was such a pleasure to visit with her. I look forward to seeing her again one day.

  2. George J Mccusker Says:

on the northern tip of Overland Park is a community/neighborhood called “Cunningham Heights.
Carol and her husband Don, were an integral part of this community and were always willing participants in the activities that helped to hold this together as a community. Both Carol and Don were present at such activities as Neighborhood Christmas parties; Block parties; Neighborhood Night out and any other event that would mean something to this “neck of the woods”. As a member of this group, I would just like to express my thanks to both Carol and Don for their efforts to bring a little bit of happiness to those who would “come to the party”. Not only did Carol have a great smile but she passed it along to others.
For my pat, I would just like to express my sympathy o the members of Carol’s family and to Cunningham Heights for the loss of a friend. Job well done Carol. You were one of our unsung heroes.
