  1. Juanita Elrod (Leonard) Says:

I wish I could be at the service for my dear old friend, Velda. Loved she and Wayne so much. Attended church with them for many years and the Shrine. I know it must be a blessing in disguise that they have passed. We all know
where they both are and are enjoying Heaven with all their
family and friends throughout Eternity. I would be there, but due to my age (86) and having arthritis in knees so bad, it is to far for me to walk. Know I care dearly. God bless all the family. In Christ’s love, Juanita

My condolences. I knew Velda & Wayne threw the church. Both South Park & BristolHill. They were a loyal & Loving couple.
She was missed at church & will be missed in her passing. My prayers for the families.
    Bob

  4. Pansy Long Says:

Memories of Velda(and Wayne)go back 40+years when we first met at Hart’s Cove in Grove, OK. We became good friends and for that I feel truly blessed. Velda enjoyed life so much but always showed her Christian spirit. I pray for all of you in your grief; but my dear friends are celebrating in Heaven and I am just a bit envious.
    God bless, Pansy
