  5. Eric A. Says:

I know this may not be much coming from a complete stranger but I ran across her story in the news and it led me here. I have a daughter not much older than Presley and it hits me more than most things do. I’m a veteran and among other things it hardened my heart to the point that I begrudge the entire world. The one thing in my world that broke that breaks that shell is my daughter. I don’t want to begin to fathom what you’re going through right now and I can only offer my words as consolation. I do apologise for my tangent on my personality but I just wanted to make it clear that your daughters life has touched those your family never has or will ever meet.

You make sure to use her life to show others how truly important it is to live in each moment with their children. To not get upset over simple things when it’s a kid simply exploring the world. We can only live on through memories and stories. So you tell her story to the world, to everyone you see. Show them her smiling spirit that shines with the light from a world less serious, more curious, and full of innocence than the one we live in far too often. Tell us her favorite songs, movies and shows, or armor that time you did nothing and had the best moment ever. Tell us how much she loved without condition and without judgment.

I wish you and your family the best during this time. If you need anything you have an entire city to carry you and we will without hesitation. Don’t be prideful or too afraid to ask.
