James E. Dionne

James E. Dionne, age 73, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on February 3, 2012. 

 

He is survived by his brothers Joe and John; sisters Nancy and Toni; his children Marcy, Patty, Michelle, Brian, Charles, Kim; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

 

He served in the US Air Force from 1957-1977.  He was stationed in Texas, Colorado, California and overseas in Portugal, Vietnam and South Korea.  He proudly served his country and throughout his career he received many awards and medals for his outstanding service.

 

He loved driving his car, watching football, cooking excellent meals, listening to his grandchildren Sara and Troy Rhodes play their violin and upright bass.  His warm and cheerful personality will be greatly missed by his family, friends and co-workers.

 

He was laid to rest with full military honors at Leavenworth National Cemetery. 

 

II Timothy 4:7 “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”
