Your mom was an amazing, strong and spirited woman that lived her life to the fullest. She touched many other hearts and lives as she did my own. Take peace in knowing that you three and your families were her pride and joy!

Our entire church family is thankful for the gift of June Rush and her contributions to Monticello United Methodist Church over many years. As a teacher, mentor, friend to all, and a gracious loving person, June graced the church with her presence. We continue to grieve her passing with the family and lift all involved up in prayer.

So sorry to hear about your mother. When I think about June one word that comes to mind…”spunky”. She certainly didn’t let any grass grow under her feet! Wanda always thought so highly of your folks. Anytime she had spoke with June she would always keep me updated with her news. Even when they have lived a full life and their time here is done…it’s still hard. May you find comfort knowing she is in good hands.
Blessings,
Joyce Drummond
