So glad to have been able to know Monique. I t seems like the 16 years we worked, laughed, and shared our lives was too short. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. She will be missed by many.
I’m glad that I had the chance to know Monique. She was a great person. She will be missed by all her friends and family. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.
I am so glad, I got a chance to be able to call Monique my friend, I have known her for 4 years and we talked everyday about everything. She was a great person and friend. I am going to miss her and our talks about the History channel shows and pawn stars. Every time I hear a Rick Springfield song, or see a John Wayne movie I will think of her.
My thoughts and prayers will go out to her family, I am so sorry for your loss, Monique will be truly be miss
Monique was lucky to have such love from her family. She will truly be missed. I’ve put a link to a video on her facebook page. I hope you won’t think it disrespectful, but it makes me think of Mo. I think you will agree. Some of the images seems to fit her perfectly. We had such good times together.

I want to offer my sincere condolences to the family.. I haven’t spoke to Monique in years but have always carried the warmest thoughts of her!! I know she is in a better place but will remain missed by all who loved her!
I just heard of Monique’s passing this morning. I went to Upward Bound with her back in the 80′s and have lost track of her over the years. Monique was a very special person in my life and helped me to understand a lot of things. I will never forget our late night talks in her dorm room eating her mom’s popcorn. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Sincerely, Kim King
I was shocked when I saw Monique’s name in the Truman Review, In Memorium section. We both lived in Centennial Hall, became friends and for a short time we were roommates in the Spring semester of 85. Monique was an awesome person….funny, fun, cool and extremely talented. Occasionally I come across pictures I have of her graduation, which always make me smile. She is gone too soon My thoughts and prayers to her family and friends.
