My prayers are with the family. My wife work with Lillian for many years. Lillian came to our wedding in 1981. She was a good lady and boss to my wife. She will truly be missed.
I remember, you and Grandpa Joe coming to my 5th grade grandparents day. Grandma had passed away and I was upset that I didn’t have a grandmother to come to grandparents day. So you and Grandpa showed up. Everyone said what I pretty grandmother I had. Little did they know you were my Great Aunt. That was a really happy day for me and I was really proud of you guys. I am glad you are with Grandpa Joe now and the rest of the family.
Uncle Ed and Dear cousins
For all of us who loved Aunt Lil, we know she is now in Heaven with all the angels and saints.
“Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?”"
–John 11:25-26

Irish Funeral Prayer
***All is Well***
Death is nothing at all.
I have only slipped away into the next room.
I am I, and you are you.
Whatever we were to each other, that we still are.
Call me by my old familiar name,
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Put no difference in your tone,
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me and if you want to, pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was,
Let it be spoken without effect,
Without the trace of a shadow on it.
Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same as it ever was;
There is unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am waiting for you,
For an interval,
Somewhere very near,
Just around the corner.
All is well.
by Henry Scott-Holland.

Till we meet again Aunt Lil you will be in my sweet memories and prayers.
Your niece, Mary Helen
My dear Lil…you were my mother’s best friend…but you were more than that…you were part of our family. We loved spending time with you when we were in KC. Your sense of humor, twinkle in your eye, fun loving spirit made you a joy to be around. I wish you and Fran would’ve had a few more fun years at Grand Court together, but we know that you are now finishing that solitare game up in heaven! You will forever be in my heart…I miss you and love you with all of my heart. Shelley
