Al & Family – I was sad to hear today of B’s passing. She lived well, loved well, and was a great friend and associate. The years we worked together at JC Nichols Real Estate are some of my fondest
memories. She was a dependable advocate for her friends and loved ones. Tho’ we miss her more than words can describe..she
surely lives in the presence of her risen Savior in Heaven. May you be blessed with His Grace and the know the peace of His Love today and always!

We are so sad to learn that B passed this week. She sold us our very first house and 14yrs.later she was there to help us with the next home. She was so nice and we had a great time looking for that perfect home. I still laugh at some of the homes we looked at,there were at couple of houses we couldn’t get out of fast enough.Then she would say could you believe that one?. She was one of my regular email buddies after all these years. She loved getting pictures of our daughter,and I loved getting her emails. She will be missed by our family. It is very hard to loose a parent,and she was there for me when my mom passed. We will be thinking of the family and our prayers will said tonight for B.

So sorry to hear of your loss. May your fond memories help you through this difficult time. B sold me my first house over twenty years ago. She had such a zest for life and was so very wonderful to work with.

I am so sad to her about Berniece’s passing. I did not know her very well . My brother Larry was good friend’s with Joe.

Berniece was very comforting to me when she came through the line at my mom’s visitation last April.

Berniece is now at peace in heaven. I pray that Berniece and my mom will be great friends in paradise.

I only met your wife and mother several years ago when she
brought a client in to make selects on a new home. She was
so peasant and kind helping them. I remember her smile
and unusal name like mine.
